I am grateful for the path that lead me to create Asklepian Wellness Solutions. As a physician in primary care pediatrics, I have had the privilege for 10+ years of supporting children and youths with a lifetime of potential to develop ahead of them. As a coach, I have had the honor of supporting people in their pursuits of a well-lived, impactful life. As an administrative fellow at a large university medical center, I had the opportunity to support clinicians in serving their patients more effectively.

The path to get here took me through medical school, my pediatrics residency, and a management and leadership fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. I also completed my MBA at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, as well as my Health and Wellness Coach training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, after which I earned my National Board of Medical Examiners Health and Wellness Coach certification.

As an active member of my local and national medical societies, I have organized events and retreats for 2-400 people across leadership, professional development, and personal growth focus areas. A strong believer in the power of community, I cultivate affinity groups for coaches, clinicians, and high performance individuals. My coaching work has included individual coaching of clinicians and non-clinicians, teaching coaching communication skills to medical students, and training clinical providers interested in the Veteran Affairs Whole Health paradigm.
